                         Continue contacting area organizations and line up partners
                         Ongoing Empathy Collaborative Inquiry group - every Saturday, 2 – 5 pm,
                             for duration of project
                         Volunteers Outreach - ongoing for duration of project
                         Develop Project Website - ongoing development for duration of project
                         Set up Youtube Empathy Stories Channel
                         Periodic meetings with Academic Advisor as needed

July 1.  Start of Grant Funding
           
July 1 - August 30.
           Send out press release announcing the grant and project
           Outreach - Contact Organizations and Line Up Interview Participants
           Visit Organizations and conduct Casual Interviews of Leadership
                  Upload interviews for on-line viewing as completed.
            Fill 40 Workshop Participant Slots
            Discuss interview process and questions with Academic Advisor

August 15, 22, 29.   Interview Workshop 1, (1- 5 pm) - Adults in RAC Paint Studio
           Continually edit and upload video stories online as completed

September 05, 12, 19.  Interview Workshop 2, (1- 5 pm) - Adults in RAC Paint Studio

October. Casual Interviews of Volunteers - Upload for on-line viewing. 
            Interview Workshop 3 - with Youths
            Show sample stories and art from workshops at NPA Empathy event
 
November 07, 14, 21.  Interview Workshop 4, (1- 5 pm) - Adults in RAC Paint Studio

December 2009 - April 2010.  (Post Production) - Edit Stories
          Shoot B-Roll as needed
          Upload short stories for on-line viewing as completed.

2010

March.  Begin Planning Exhibit, Reception, Community Screening

April 1.  Complete 30 minute video ,  East Bay Stories of Empathy
May 10 - 14. Curate Exhibit in RAC Gallery
May 14 - 29.  Art Exhibit in RAC Gallery
May 15, Saturday. Opening Reception in RAC Gallery
          Culminating event with Community Screening and Public Discussion at RAC
May - June.   Write the final report
June 30 - End of Grant Funding


November 6, Saturday.  (Follow-Up)  Party at RAC
Video tape short interviews of participants and other community members for a summation of their experience.
